Pre Approval!

I got a letter of pre approval for a loan from a lender!! I'm so excited! I think i might try and find some private investors first and see how they can help me without any money upfront first..

new house

I just saw a house yesterday that may be a potential flip! It has some foundation problems. I can tell because of the cracks. It also needs all new carpet, cabinets, maybe some paint? Oh! and definitely some landscaping work done. I took photos of all of the problems. Now, it just take to make the offer!

Still in the works..

Still looking at properties, once more, that i'm comfortable with. I think my nerves are getting the best of me. I just have to stay strong and persistent!

Having some trouble at first...

So i found some properties I'm interested in working with... I am just nervous about sounding like I don't know what I'm doing. Shall I go through For Sale By Owner? or through a Real Estate Agent? Gonna go through my notes again...

Trying to find my First deal!

I saw Armando's infomercial and decided to call the number at the end and sign up for the free intro workshop. The speaker shared some basic real state strategies that i would not have thought up myself in a MILLION years! These guys at Armando Seminars know what they're doing. I signed up for the 3 day workshop afterwards and am very excited to see what i learn! I am going to start looking for my first property to flip. Here's to the future!

The Book..

Armando Montelongo's book "Flip and Grow Rich" has inspired me to get started on this new venture in my life. I've never known anything about real estate yet it has taught me the possibilities that investing can bring into my life. You all should get this book and see for yourself.

Finally getting money!! $$ Dreamin' Big, Baby!

So I just began Armando's course. I went to the 3-day workshop and have been on my toes ever since trying to get the ball rolling. I've finally found a hard money lender and I will be keeping this updated as things progress!! Wish me Luck!
